Before you start, please select the option below that applies to your order.

  • Before you begin unpacking, we kindly ask that you inspect the exterior of the parcel for any signs of damage. If you notice any issues, please pause your unpacking and refer to our Damaged on Arrival (DOA) Claims page for further instructions. It is essential to read the guidelines carefully and take clear photographs as requested. For prompt assistance, please contact us immediately by replying to your original order confirmation email. If the parcel is intact, you may proceed with unpacking.

  • Candling must be performed between Day 7 and Day 9. If you find that fewer than 50% of the eggs are viable, please review our Viability Matter Policy to check your eligibility for a claim. Once you have gathered the required evidence, reach out to us to lodge your claim.
  • Thank you for visiting us to collect your eggs. As these eggs have not been subjected to postal transit, DOA claims do not apply. However, we recommend transporting them gently and avoiding any sudden temperature changes on your way home.
